Who supports independent workers while they support all of us?
Whether or not you know it, independent workers have impacted our day-to-day. The Uber driver that helped you avoid the crowded subway? The delivery person that brought pizza to your doorstep to offset the Sunday scaries? You guessed it—probably all 1099-ers.
Redscout partnered with Stride to demystify this underserved group by creating a strategic foundation and brand identity for their growth and expansion.
Our brand refresh has enabled us to visually showcase the breadth of our offering to independent workers— health, tax support and benefits savings—because being independent shouldn't come at steeper cost.

In a category that overlooks these workers, we built a brand designed to spotlight them.
With our North Star as our foundation, we helped the team make strides in their category with a GTM strategy to simply communicate this anything-but-simple topic, a distinctive and warm visual identity that highlights traditionally overlooked workers, and a revamped website to bring the North Star and product offerings together.

Results
A brand that’s grown its market share by building trust one market at a time.
With the launch of the new brand, 4 million independent workers have signed up for Stride. Stride also successfully launched the first-ever contributions program for gig workers and landed a partnership with the state of Utah to launch a Stride Contributions program.
