Ash is a brand marketer who loves finding innovative ways to answer our clients’ toughest challenges. Before joining Redscout, she honed human-centered design strategies at IDEO, served as Chief Brand Officer at the mission-driven apparel brand, Outerknown, and led Brand Strategy at Netflix. Her love of sport, entertainment, and consumer brands has come in handy throughout her career –highlights including Major League Soccer, ESPN, The National Women’s Soccer League, Netflix, HOKA, Ben & Jerry’s, and Lands’ End. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her wife, son, and dog. She is passionate about using her skills and expertise to create positive social impact and inspire change.

As Chief Operations Officer, Francesca’s priority is operational excellence — creating tools and processes to run the most efficient business with an eye towards growth. Prior to her time as COO, Francesca led the Client Services team. There her focus was on elevating Client Services to become the trusted partners to our clients and teams that they are today.

A decade-long Scout, Dan has deep experience driving change in large, legacy organizations. He works with leadership teams to sharpen brand positioning, rethink identity, and boost employee engagement. Highlights include helping the National Gallery find its new voice, shaping Milk Bar's flagship retail experience, and uniting MillerKnoll's portfolio of brands. Outside of work? He’s often baking, exploring 20th-century art and architecture, or snapping street photography.

Christina focuses on creating the right conditions for work to be successful and impactful. Since joining in 2015, Christina has served clients in CPG, beauty, fashion, healthcare, entertainment and beyond–helping organizations activate strategies and bring them to life. Before joining Redscout, Christina founded a non-profit organization to bring health education to underserved women, and still continues to give back to her community.

Flora is a multidisciplinary designer with particular fluency in identity systems and brand experience. She leads the entire design team at Redscout, ensuring the highest-quality standards that are true to our clients needs. Before joining Redscout in 2017, she held positions at companies ranging from design studios to a management consultancy. Her strategic approach to design is fueled by a fascination with linguistics and semiotics.

A natural connector, Lucie knows how to rally teams, break through roadblocks, and keep work moving forward. Her background in creative advertising sharpens her ability to craft innovative solutions that balance brand vision with business goals. Clients have praised her can-do attitude and the energy she brings to every project, making their experience with Redscout both seamless and inspiring.

Biba is a designer who enjoys solving complex design challenges with novel solutions. Her work balances elegance and structure with a touch of playfulness. Before joining Redscout, she worked as a designer in the cultural, editorial, and academic fields, with a focus on crafting bespoke digital experiences. When she’s not working, Biba can be found experimenting with ceramics, baking her grandma’s recipes, or exploring the city with her dog. Biba holds an MFA degree in Graphic Design from Yale University.

Rachel is a graphic designer driven by a passion for understanding the core identity of brands and their communities. She finds inspiration in exploring themes of individuality and cultural representation, creating design systems that are not only visually compelling but also deeply meaningful. With a purposeful approach to her work, Rachel is dedicated to understanding and amplifying the voices and values of those she collaborates with.

As a brand strategist, Justin has a knack for brand storytelling and crafting meaningful cultural insights. He's helped brands such as Netflix, Microsoft, Lands' End, and Grubhub explore brand opportunities and hone their voice to connect with their audience and reach their full potential.

Jas is an insights-driven strategist with a knack for uncovering the singular brand insight that can redefine a brand’s trajectory. At Redscout, she leads teams in uncovering not just the 'what,' but the deeper 'why,' crafting impactful solutions for clients. Jas is also passionate about mentorship, fostering growth and development within Redscout’s team. Before joining in 2022, she spent a decade in advertising and market research, shaping her rigorous, research-led approach to strategy.

Erica is a seasoned strategist and researcher who thrives on solving brand challenges by putting consumers at the heart of the story. She’s brought her insight and expertise to a diverse range of brands across entertainment, tech, travel, retail, and healthcare. Outside of work, you’ll find her applying this niche industry knowledge at bar trivia or hitting the court with her championship-winning rec league bocce team.

Known for his meticulous organization, thoughtful approach, and sharp eye, Alec excels at streamlining complexity to guide colleagues and clients alike. A native New Yorker, Quanishia is the Director of People and Culture with Redscout where she leads people strategy. Though launching her career in the luxury retail sector as a merchant, she soon came to realize that her true passion was in the exploration of human interaction and organizational structure within the corporate setting. This led her to pursue and complete her master’s degree in human resources management. Before joining Redscout, Quanishia led talent acquisition at an LVMH luxury brand, headed recruiting for a top NYC cultural institution, and served as Global Head of HR at the NeuroLeadership Institute. Outside of work, Quanishia enjoys volunteering her time by mentoring and guiding young professionals where she offers career development insights with a special focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In her spare time, she enjoys horror movies.

In his spare time, you'll find him hanging with his family and getting the miles in.

Kailyn is a NY-based designer and art director with a passion for building cohesive brand systems that stand the test of time. Her journey began in digital design before expanding into advertising where she discovered her love for branding. Ezra Lee is a New York City-based graphic designer specializing in branding, editorial, and marketing design. Originally from San Marino, CA, he holds an MFA from the School of Visual Arts and is passionate about typography and artistic expression as tools for effective communication. His work balances clarity and impact with a touch of the playful, ensuring designs that engage and resonate. In his free time, Ezra enjoys watching movies and reality television, always drawing inspiration from the visual storytelling around him.

Elizabeth is Redscout’s Administrative Assistant, which allows her to indulge her passion for planning, organizing, and keeping things running smoothly while having the opportunity to work on a variety of types of projects. Elizabeth comes from a creative and nonprofit background, having previously acted as Charity Coordinator for a small British children’s nonprofit handling grant writing, social media, and graphic design, and actively supports causes working to improve the mental health of teenaged girls. With a degree in history and digital art, Elizabeth is happiest when she’s creating or researching. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new spots for tea, spending time with her pets, and finding beauty in the world, whether through photography, floral arrangement, cooking, or interior design.
