How do you turn “too good to be true” into the trusted choice?

For decades, dental implant patients have been forced to make a tradeoff: pay premium prices for highly customized implants, or settle for more affordable, standardized options.

Aspen Dental’s new-to-market implant products disrupted that binary, offering high-quality, personalized implant solutions at a fraction of the cost of premium competitors.

But, in a category where information is hard to find and harder to understand, the process felt too complex to even consider for many patients.

To break through, Aspen needed more than a better offering. They needed a clearer story, a more empowering experience, and a campaign that made one truth undeniable: it’s possible to smile again.

From strategy to naming to merchandising and creative, the Redscout team became true partners. They were invested in getting the work right and driving the organizational alignment we needed to take the next step.

Converting uncertainty

This began by establishing a new positioning platform and messaging system grounded in Aspen Dental’s core differentiator. Then we brought that positioning to life by replacing complexity with confidence across every moment that shapes a patient’s decision-making.

The result: less unknowns, more agency, and a clear path toward saying yes.

We reimagined the consult room as an engaging retail experience—inviting patients to interact with models, explore options hands-on, and understand the differences in a way the category rarely allows.

Awareness to Action
To bring the new experience to life, we developed a campaign that speaks to people who have felt stuck for years—unsure, overwhelmed by the idea of implants—and connects with them through a message that inspires action: It's time to smile again.

A unified positioning and elevated patient experience give teams shared language, clearer product distinctions, and a more confident path that guides patients from search to yes.

The new experience is launching as a test pilot, with systems and assets built to scale nationally as performance signals come in.
