Each Scout works with a dedicated manager that serves as their personal advocate in a collaborative, 1:1. setting.
Each Scout contributes to an individual growth plan on an annual basis to track focused areas of development.
Transparent Pay Bands
Each Scout is given visibility into clear compensation guidelines and pay designed to motivate all levels.
Each Scout receives a sequenced review process so there’s consistent clarity on job performance and is invited to input on company initiatives.
Each Scout gets $500 a year to apply toward professional skill development and learn something new.
Thinking time is essential to delivering impactful output. We give Scouts the headspace they need while ensuring we build meaningful connections with one another.
Each Scout can work from anywhere in the continental US from 9:30am–6:00pm ET.
Heads Down Time
Each Scout works within No-Meeting Mornings (before 11am ET), and Finish Line Fridays (no client meetings) so there’s ample time to do great work.
Each Scout is given $120 each year to put towards a restorative activity or practice that generates a sense of wellbeing.
Each Scout is invited to attend in-person team offsites to get inspired and connect with colleagues.
Rest & Relaxation
Each Scout receives 15 PTO days, 7 Wellness Days, and 3 Summer Fridays. On top of federal holidays, RS has 9 office closure days during the year.
Values and priorities change as life unfolds. We give Scouts flexibility to choose the benefits that are most meaningful to them as they continue their journey with us.
Each Scout is able to choose from three different medical plans and two dental plans to best align with their needs.
Each Scout is granted Parental Leave to bond with their child and Dependent Care to attend to the ones they love.
