Connie joined Redscout in 2019 with experience in retail, consumer goods, tech, healthcare, and more. As a researcher and cultural anthropologist, she is most interested in the nuanced understanding of what drives people within larger societal contexts. Prior to Redscout, Connie was a Strategist at Edelman, where she drove strategy for several national creative campaigns. After participating in multiple diversity programs including the Multicultural Advertising Internship Program and the Marcus Graham Project, she’s become passionate about DEI and incorporating diverse perspectives into her research and her work.
In her spare time, Connie can be found in a yoga studio, exploring new music venues, or cooking up some delicious soups/stews.
